Beth Graham


Beth Graham is a playwright, an actor and the guardian to a Pomeranian named Oscar. Her most recent play, ‘The Gravitational Pull of Bernice Trimble’, premiered at Factory Theatre (co-produced with Obsidian Theatre). The play has since been produced at Theatre Network and Persephone Theatre, was a finalist for a Governor General’s Award and received the Gwen Pharis Ringwood Award. Beth is also one of the co-creators of ‘The Drowning Girls’, which premiered at the 2008 Alberta Theatre Projects PlayRites Festival, toured nationally, and will be produced this season at Vertigo Theatre, as well as Theatre Northwest. Upcoming projects/adventures include: co-writing the book for Catalyst Theatre’s new musical production of ‘Fortune Falls’ with Jonathan Christenson, attending the 2016 Stratford Playwrights Retreat, and continuing the development of ‘Pretty Goblins’ with the support of Workshop West Playwrights’ Theatre. Beth is a graduate of the University of Alberta’s BFA acting program.
