PLAYWRIGHT/ACTOR
An Edmonton native and recipient of Theatre Alberta's Michelle Dias Community Award, Michelle has worn multiple hats in the arts community over the years. A graduate of MacEwan's Theatre Arts program, Michelle has written Kuya, and Hoodies for Concrete Theatre. She also wrote Deep Fried Curried Perogies that has hit stages around Canada. Michelle's acting credits include; Ms. Pat's Kitchen (SkirtsAfire and Black Arts Hub), After the Trojan Women (Common Ground Arts Society), Tiny Beautiful Things (Shadow Theatre), Black Widow Gun Club (Whizgiggling Productions), and Carole of the Belles, Mass Debating (100% More Girls).
