WILDCAT
OCTOBER 22ND - NOVEMBER 9TH, 2025
by Nicole
Moeller
Suggested ticket pricing is $40 per single ticket, and $150 per season subscription
The hustles and bustles of the internet are shaken, not stirred, when one woman has had enough and decides to take matters into her own hands. Award-winning Edmonton playwright Nicole Moeller’s fast-paced, nail-biting, crime caper is set right here in Edmonton —that’s right, it’s set here in Smith’s Alberta in 2025. Edmonton’s resistance during the Klein era ignites a story of courage and resilience that will make you want to laugh and cheer. A sure-fire antidote to the Alberta news cycle.

Why Heather chose WILDCAT
“Nicole is a published/produced Edmonton playwright whose work has been translated and produced internationally. This fast-paced play features excellent roles for mature women, a demographic seen less often on Canadian stages. I love that it is set in Edmonton and that it offers the possibility of stepping up when the going gets tough. Workshop West has been developing this play since 2022. The play was workshopped and read at the Springboards Festival in 2023 with the title ‘The Resurrection of Dottie Reid’.”
